Terms
These terms cover use of this website and the way we work with clients. They are written in plain UK English.

Using this website
The content on this website is provided for information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but it does not form a contract on its own. Website examples shown are presented to illustrate the type of work we produce.
Prices, quotes and scope
Package prices shown are fixed for the stated package inclusions. The estimator gives a suggested direction, not a binding quotation. Bespoke requirements are scoped and priced in writing before work begins. All prices shown are the total payable. MILA Digital Creations is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Project responsibilities
We are responsible for designing and building the website described in your package or written scope. You are responsible for supplying accurate content, images and approvals that you have the right to use. Feedback should be supplied in consolidated rounds. A project may be paused when required content or feedback is not received within 14 days, and estimated delivery dates move accordingly.
Payment and ongoing costs
Full payment is required before work begins. Work is considered to have started when project planning, research, design, writing, development or configuration begins after payment. Domain registration, hosting subscriptions, premium software and third-party services are not included unless expressly stated. Ongoing services are billed under their separately agreed terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation before work begins, in which case any refund due will be confirmed and returned using the original payment method. Once work has started, any refund reflects the work already completed, committed third-party costs and any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where you are contracting as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected and any applicable cooling-off rights are explained before early work is requested.
Revisions and changes of scope
Unlimited revision rounds are included during design and development when requests remain within the purchased package and original agreed brief. New pages, features, integrations or substantial changes in direction are quoted separately and only begin after written approval.
Approval, publication and support
You receive a private preview and are responsible for checking content, links and details before approval. The website is published only after final approval. Support after launch is limited to the period included in the purchased package or any separate care agreement.
Ownership of your website
After full payment, you own the finished website design and content produced for your project. Third-party components, fonts and services remain subject to their own licences. Hosting, domain arrangements and any ongoing costs are explained clearly before the project starts.
Liability and governing law
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
