- Every project is paid in full before work begins.
- Customers receive a private preview of their website.
- Unlimited revision rounds are included during design and development within the purchased package and original agreed brief.
- The website is only published after the customer is completely happy and provides final approval.
- New pages, functionality or services outside the purchased package are charged separately.
- Domain registration, hosting subscriptions, premium software and third-party services are not included unless expressly stated.
Project terms
Design & revisions
Unlimited revision rounds are included during the design and development stage, provided the requested changes remain within the purchased package and original agreed brief. New pages, features, integrations or substantial changes in direction are quoted separately.
To keep projects moving efficiently, amendment feedback should be supplied in consolidated rounds. Projects may be paused if feedback or required content is not received within 14 days.
Payment & VAT
All prices shown are the total payable. MILA Digital Creations is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Third-party costs
Domain registration, hosting subscriptions, premium software and third-party services are not included unless expressly stated.
Bespoke projects
E-commerce stores, membership systems, customer portals, complex applications and specialist integrations require a bespoke quotation.
